A. No fees shall be charged for inspection of buildings, appurtenant structures or premises for compliance with this chapter if such inspection is carried out in conjunction with any required inspection under the uniform building and fire codes as adopted in Title 15 of this code, Buildings and Construction.

B. Fees may be charged for inspecting systems in structures that were constructed prior to the enactment of the ordinance codified in this chapter. (Ord. 4570 § 2 (Exh. A), 1992.)
