A. Authorization to Use Body Worn Cameras. Officers employed with the Auburn police department are authorized to use body worn cameras consistent with the limitations of RCW 10.109.030 and with any department policies enacted pursuant to RCW 10.109.010.

B. Development of Body Worn Camera Policies. Members of the Auburn police department’s police advisory committee may periodically provide the chief of police with input into the development of operational policies governing the department’s body worn camera use. (Ord. 6830 § 1, 2021.)
