9.24.040 Places of illegal drug activity declared public nuisances.

Any building, structure or place within the city used for drug-related activity or for loitering with the intent of engaging in drug-related activity as defined in this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (Ord. 6659 § 2, 2018.)
