1.22.020 Violation of conditions – Return to sentencing court.

If a work release prisoner in the Auburn city jail violates the conditions of custody or employment during said work release program, said prisoner shall be returned to the sentencing court for possible sentencing to spend the remainder of the sentence in actual confinement and cancellation of any reduced sentence and any work release program authorization.
