The procedures set out in this chapter will not apply in the case of criminal matters not involving traffic violations. The court of limited jurisdiction authorized to hear cases of the city will process those cases. Likewise, in the case of persons charged and booked in the county jail and where bail is posted at the jail, present procedures will remain in effect. (Ord. 6429 § 14, 2012; Ord. 4538 § 1 (Exh.
