The mayor or the mayor’s designee has the authority to establish parking restrictions on public streets and in municipal parking lots. Such restrictions include, without limitation, loading zones, one-hour parking, two-hour parking, three-hour parking, no parking anytime, disabled parking, restricted parking by vehicle type, weight, or length, and similar designations. No such parking restrictions shall apply to law enforcement or other emergency and city vehicles when in service. (Ord. 6535 § 1, 2014; Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh. F), 1999; 1957 code § 9.22.120.)
