A valid permit does not guarantee the applicant parking unless the applicant maintains the placement of suitable barricades as recommended and approved by the chief building official. The space or spaces covered by a permit are not to be barricaded on days and hours when work is not in progress. (Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh. F), 1999; 1957 code § 9.22.217.)
