The International Property Maintenance Code adopted in Chapter 15.07 ACC shall be on file in the office of the city clerk. The code as amended in this chapter shall govern over the published provisions of that code. Where the International Property Maintenance Code references the code official, that shall refer to and be construed to mean the building official as used in the city code. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the terms “code official” and “building official” shall be synonymous. (Ord. 6902 § 13, 2023; Ord. 6763 § 7, 2021.)
