Following the decision of the hearing examiner approving or rejecting a preliminary plat, the director shall notify the applicant of the decision. The notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision. If the decision is for approval or approval with conditions, the notice shall advise the applicant to prepare an improvement method report, as described by Chapter 17.14 ACC, and shall inform the applicant regarding the applicable time limitations on final plat submittal.
