“Marijuana processor” means any person or entity licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board to process, package, and label marijuana concentrates, including tetrahydrocannabinols or cannabimimetic agents, in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 65.50 and 69.51A RCW and Chapter 314-55 WAC.
