Fueling station” means a retail business selling gasoline or other motor vehicle fuels primarily to passenger vehicles. Includes alternative fuels and recharging facilities which are commercial facilities offering motor vehicle fuels not customarily offered by commercial refueling stations (e.g., liquid propane gas) as well as equipment to recharge electric powered vehicles. This classification includes customary incidental activities when performed in conjunction with the sale of fuel, such as vehicle maintenance and repair, vehicle washing, and electric vehicle battery swap-out, but excludes body and fender work or repair of heavy trucks or vehicles.
