“Hotel” means any building containing six or more guest rooms intended or designed to be used, or which are used, rented, or hired out to be occupied, or which are occupied for sleeping purposes by guests, and includes additional amenities such as banquet halls and meeting facilities. Hotels include but are not limited to motels and extended stay hotel accommodations. Hotels do not include renting of rooms, boardinghouses, or bed and breakfast accommodations.
