The purpose of this chapter is to eliminate obstacles to a transition to electric vehicle use by allowing the establishment of a convenient and cost-effective electric vehicle infrastructure. Where no conflict exists, all other city code provisions shall be in force as to electrical vehicle charging stations as applicable. (Ord. 6365 § 2, 2011.)
