2.57.050 Submission of eligible applicant names to the appointing authority.

The Auburn civil service commission is required to submit the names of three eligible applicants that test highest to the appointing authority for each position open in the Auburn police department, and shall authorize the appointing authority to select the best qualified applicant for the position from those three eligible applicants.
