Commencing two rods east of the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East W.M.; thence east 13 rods; thence north 13 rods; thence west 13 rods; thence south 13 rods to the place of beginning. A trustee’s deed dated June 8, 1962 legally dedicated this property to the city for use as a cemetery.
