It is a misdemeanor, punishable in accordance with ACC 1.24.010, for any person during a disaster to:

A. Willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any member of the emergency services organization in the enforcement of any lawful rule or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter, or in the performance of any duty imposed upon them by virtue of this chapter;

B. Do any act forbidden by any lawful rules or regulations issued pursuant to this chapter, if such act is of such a nature as to imperil the lives or property of inhabitants of this city, or to prevent, hinder or delay the defense or protection thereof;

C. Wear, carry or display, without authority, any means of identification specified by the Washington State Emergency Management Division. (Ord. 6088 § 1, 2007; Ord. 5683 § 4, 2002; Ord. 3957 § 2(18), 1984.)
