The certificates required by this chapter need not be shown, but the certification or making a claim by any person knowing the same to be false or untrue is a gross misdemeanor punishable in accordance with ACC 1.24.010. (Ord. 5683 § 5, 2002; Ord. 2936 § 1, 1976; 1957 code § 1.39.030.)
