There is established an equipment rental fund for the city which shall include an equipment rental operating account to be used as a revolving fund to they expended for salaries, wages, and operations required for the repair, maintenance, and operation of equipment and the purchase of equipment, materials, and supplies to be used in the administration and operation of the fund, and an equipment rental reserve account to be used as a revolving fund to be expended for the purchase and replacement of equipment.
