A. Any person, association or organization, required to obtain a state gambling license shall immediately file a copy of such license with the chief of police upon receipt, and shall thereafter promptly notify the chief of police of any changes in the license status.

B. On and after January 1, 1982, no person, firm or corporation shall engage in or carry on any business, occupation, act or privilege taxable under this chapter unless licensed by the city to do so under ACC Title 5.
