It is unlawful for any person to willfully prevent or hinder the impounding of any animal, or to by force or otherwise remove any animal from the animal shelter without authority of the person in charge of the animal shelter, or without payment of all lawful charges against such animal. Violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor punishable as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 1, 2012.)
