RCW 16.52.190, “Poisoning Animals – Penalty,” as now enacted or hereinafter amended, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 1, 2012.)
