6.02.150 Sale or transfer of animals in public places prohibited.

A. It is unlawful to sell, barter, or otherwise transfer for the purpose of changing ownership of any dog or cat in an area open to the public unless such activity is licensed pursuant to ACC Title 5.
B. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 2, 2012.)
