A. It is a violation of this section to sell or give away unaltered dogs and cats in any public places or to auction off or raffle unaltered dogs and cats as prizes or gifts.

B. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 3, 2012.)
