A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a civil infraction, punishable in accordance with ACC 1.25.050, except as would be a misdemeanor pursuant to ACC 1.25.050. (Ord. 5837 § 9, 2004; Ord. 5683 § 20, 2002; Ord. 3400 § 5, 1979.)
