10.12.290 Subject to traffic-control signals.

Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as declared in RCW 46.61.060, 46.61.230, 46.61.235, 46.61.240 and 46.61.245, but at all other places pedestrians shall be granted those rights and be subject to the restrictions stated in this chapter.
