All vehicles within the city shall park parallel as defined in this chapter, except as follows: on the west side of “B” Street N.E. from Main Street to First Street N.E.; on the east side of “B” Street N.E. from the alley north of Main Street to First Street N.E.; “E” Street S.W., east side between West Main Street and First Street S.W.; “F” Street S.W., west side between West Main Street and first alley south of West Main Street; and on all other streets and highways where angle parking is indicated by white lines drawn on the pavement or signs posted at the curb, where all vehicles shall park on an angle as defined in this chapter.
