15.36A.015 Section 105.3.2 amended – Extensions.

Chapter 1 of the International Fire Code, entitled “Scope and Administration,” is adopted with the following amendment:
A. Section 105.3.2, Extensions, is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following:
105.3.2 Extensions. The fire code official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each. The extension shall be requested in writing and justifiable cause demonstrated.
