All other activities listed in ACC 15.68.370 or 15.68.380 that are allowed by ACC Title 18 (Zoning) are allowed, provided they meet all the other requirements of this chapter, including the analysis required under ACC 15.68.420, 15.68.430, and the habitat impact assessment required under ACC 15.68.440, and a floodplain development permit is issued.
