Military leave, as provided in RCW 38.40.060, over and above annual vacation or sick leave, may be allowed any employee who is a member of the National Guard or reserve corps. The employee shall be paid their regular salary from the city for the period of their military leave. (Ord. 5870 § 4, 2004; 1957 code § 1.26.040.)
