A. If any animal damages or destroys any property or thing of value upon the private property of another, or upon any public property, the owner or person having control or custody of the animal has violated this subsection. Any such animal may be seized and impounded.

B. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 2, 2012.)
